Though its exact host is as yet unknown, this sickle-hooked Toxodentid is considered to be endemic to Australia. Genus Exomiphora<\/em> exhibits great variability in the wide lateral protusions; some specimens have both sides extended, while others are asymmetrical. Named in honor of Australian occlupanologist S. Nottingham, creator of “The Breadtag Project<\/a>“. Though only recently described, E. nottinghamae<\/em> may soon become endangered due to the local introduction of similarly-shaped occlupanomorphic mimics composed entirely of organic material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
