The discovery of Admordorsum dominici<\/em> was brought about by a globe-spanning international network of researchers tirelessly investigating the global distribution of occlupanids. The submitted holotype was collected by Australian occlupanologist A. Lee (FORC), who found one lying on top of a manhole cover in Melbourne.\u00a0 A. dominici<\/em> is described by researcher Miku (FORC) from Belgium, after Dominic, who first observed it in Namibia.
