Often confused with its close relative M. tarassovae<\/em><\/a>. This subspecies has a slightly more acute apex to its oral groove, along with distinctively different distal palps. It is unknown what relationship this specimen has with M. tarassovae<\/em>, though it is thought that they share the same population range. Specimen submitted by occlupanologist S.
