You sir! If you lived here, you'd be home by now!"
"Why would i want to buy into a place like this? I'm heading to…California!"

"Yeah, my brother is opening up a theme park in La Brea."

"Aw, that place is a pit! Listen…!"

The planet is warming, the glaciers retreat
So we're putting up fancy new condo suites
All the ice has melted on this this real estate
And now it's formed this brand new Lake
Brand New Lake, gonna treat you great!

Gonna build resorts, marinas and docks
Every house a view where shorebirds flock
They couldn't pick a better time to end the ice age
Plenty of trees and plenty of sage
