Found in a massive colony numbering hundreds of members alongside G. falx<\/em>, it is unclear what G. hamula’s <\/em>prey may be, unless it is instraspecific. Along with G. falx<\/em> it is unusual for its hump backed external morphology, which is common among Archignathids but otherwise rare. All observed specimens were red with no markings.
