Small rounded asymmetrical palps. Size 21.3 mm x 24.75 mm.

Although there is no record of its host, Lupustoma ululata can be differentiated from L. usitatus by its larger oral groove, but it shares the latter’s sickle-curved oral hooks and small rounded palps. Discovered in Quebec by Field Researcher N. Howe while sifting through their personal collection of occlupanids.
