Discovered by occlupanologist K Andrews on August 9, 2016 in Santa Cruz, CA. Found clinging to a bag of “Gallitos Kidz Ice Pops”. Part of an excellent and exhaustive research paper on new occlupanid species in the Santa Cruz region.
