Often confused with its close relative M. tarassovae. This subspecies has a slightly more acute apex to its oral groove, along with distinctively different distal palps. It is unknown what relationship this specimen has with M. tarassovae, though it is thought that they share the same population range. Specimen submitted by occlupanologist S. Nottingham.
