Discovered in both cardinalis and albus color morphs. Specimens show some slight variability , especially in micrometer-variable thickness of  oral hooks. Specimen submitted by ECLIPSED, and wass discovered during an occlupanological survey of Grissom, IN. Species described by E. Torrent. An albus specimen,  submitted by J. Arispe, was recently found in Texas.
